System overview

With the gradual popularization of Internet broadband and IP
technology, all offices of groups / enterprises universally
accesses to Internet broadband network, some even establish IP
data special network among offices of different levels. With the
help of Internet (or internal data special network), the
internal IP phone network covering all offices can be
established to realize “zero” charge for internal communication
among all offices.
Considering the features of group enterprise, the net phone
system of EWAY can be applied in all sides of enterprise
operation & management. Besides provision of phone/fax
communication among internal offices, the system can offer the
service of IP phone meeting, IP call center, IP virtual office
and branch company, and even easily access to IP phone network

Net phone equipment IAD:
To establish IP phone network through the Internet (internal
data network), all offices should configure CNG series net phone
terminal IAD which support any Internet circuit (ADSL/ISDN/DDN,
etc), the “Plug-and-Play” of the Internet and private network,
and penetration of fire wall/ private network, for actually
realizing “Call just upon getting on line”
Connection with the local office phone environment
(program-control exchanger/ telecom virtual network/phone)
through the internal line phone of net phone terminal IAD will
realize the internal phone through the Internet. While
connection to PSTN urban call network through the line will
achieve the functions of call from external mobile phone/ urban
phone registered, call from customer service phone,
long-distance call service and call the management control
center.
The headquarter of group enterprise should configure one set of
CMC Call Management and Control Center, for use in registration
of IP phone network and equipments/call identification/number
management/equipment administrator/call statistics charge. For
the medium/small-size enterprises not provided with conditions
to establish CMC call Management and Control Center, they can
use the common server in the Internet offered by EWAY for united
management of local equipments.
Value-added application:
If the headquarter of group enterprises will configure a set of
IP phone meeting management system MCU, the phone meeting can be
held through net phone system, which will enable over 128
parties to participate, all departments/offices to discuss in
group. Even the staff on business trip or customers can also
join in the meeting by making the urban call through net phone
system.
When the headquarter of group enterprise configures one set of
IP customer service call center system, the local customer
service phone can be connected to the headquarter for united
treatment by means of the PSTN net phone terminal. The net phone
terminal IAD itself supports multiple speech indication, help to
complete the initial treatment of local users. The system also
supports call search, call division, record & management of
database, speech consequence, IVR speech indication, and as well
small high-quality call center without additional call center
speech equipments.
Virtual offices/branches: If the enterprise has no permanent
offices, the user’s phone consultation can be transmitted to the
headquarter for treatment through the Internet by means of net
phone system. For this, a set of net phone terminal IAD should
be configured to PSTN in the local. When the user dial the local
hotline, the phone will be transmitted to the headquarter for
united treatment through the Internet, which is really a
“virtual office”, improving the service quality and greatly
upgrading the enterprise image. What is more, IP speech gateway
is in support of IVR speech mailbox indication, which can
display multiple speech indication when the user dials the local
hotline number for completing the initial treatment of local
call, and then transmitted to the headquarter.
