To improve the quality of customer service and efficiency of
information service, the large-scale industries or enterprises
with their own data special network always establish central
call center system in the central organs. The VOIP call center
system can be setup through the data network covering all office
locations or the Internet. Users’ calls from everywhere will be
transmitted by the internal data network / Internet to Call
Center of the central organs in an attempt to save the
long-distance call charge.
The central organs should be configured with one digital relay
IP speech gateway for transmitting calls within IP data network
to the Call Center, or connected through E1 digital relay or
ring relay FXO interface. And the central organs are better to
be configured with one set of VOIP call management control
system.
If the data network where the offices locate is configured with
one IP speech gateway for connection with local PSTN through
digital E1 / ring relay FXO interface, the system will display
multiple speech indications when the users are calling the local
hotline through PSTN, which will be transmitted back to central
organs after initial treatment of the local users’ information.
